What is a team manager

The team manager allocates and co-odinates the work of all the professional staff in their own team: checks the quality of work, agrees what care packages are purchased, and manages the budgets for individual services.

Each team covers a specific geographical part of Manchester, and is co-terminus with specific council ward boundaries.
