Chapman Place


Chapman Place provides a Day Service for adults with learning disabilities who live in the central district of Manchester. Regular activities are: swimming, rebound (trampoline) therapy, hydrotherapy, library visits, walks (Debdale Park is close by), visits to places of interest in the locality and region, shopping and visits to local cafes. In Chapman Place itself there are such activities as computer work, simple crafts, art, table top games, keep fit, massage, aromatherapy, meal preparation, music and communication activities. A percussionist is employed on a sessional basis.
