(Home Care)

MLDP’s Domiciliary Support Service helps people to live at home in their own community.  Some people live independently and some live with their family.  We focus on developing both new skills and opportunities so people have the chance to maximise their choice, independence, health and well being..

All day-to-day living support is provided to ensure that each person’s needs are met appropriately. The staff team promote the independence of each person and provide help in meeting personal care needs; maintaining and developing relationships; maintaining a healthy and culturally or religiously specific diet; continuing social/ leisure activities; meeting any need for physical assistance; meeting any other need identified in the person ’s care and support plan.

We have three teams who cover North, Central and South Manchester. 

We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) under the Domiciliary Care Standards and are inspected on an annual basis.  Our most recent inspections were:

Referral is via your Care Manager who will assess and refer and discuss charges for the service we provide.
