Shared Accommodation Networks

MLDP's supported shared accommodation provides opportunities for people to live in their own communities with an appropriate level of support and work with people to ensure that they are able to make the choices needed to lead fulfilled lives.

People are supported by well trained and committed teams of staff who work rotas 24 hours a day.

All day-to-day living support is provided with a person centred approach promoting rights, choice, inclusion and independence. People have person centred support plan covering all aspects of their lives and including health, which are reviewed on a regular basis. Families and friends are encouraged to continue their valuable support

We offer a selection of different properties across Manchester - from Wythenshawe in the south to Harpurhey and Blackley in the north. These include options for people who want to live on their own or to share with three or four other people. The properties are either housing association properties or Manchester City Council properties. Some properties are ground floor only and have been adapted to meet the needs of a person who uses a wheel chair.

This service is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
